Today’s highlight: Hotness rating. Our homepage, explore, and tour sections update every hour and are calculated to show you the most popular recipes on We Eatt right now.
How do we calculate popularity? Not by old high school methods of parental salary and luck, but instead we use Hotness. A recipe is “hot” when it:
- receives page views (both all time and in last hour)
- has people comment on it (comments are new too)
- is includes in Lists
Like Digg and a host of other social news websites, this should give you insight into what the We Eatt community is into right now.
We’ll highlight a new feature of We Eatt each day for the next week or so after installing the biggest release of We Eatt yet.
