The most interesting part about We Eatt so far is the family aspect of things. I had always thought of We Eatt as a place where I could share my recipes with my friends (and hopefully vice versa). Amanda, on the other hand, had larger ambitions:
We Eatt is a place for you to store your family’s recipes so they don’t get lost.
The power of this is pretty cool; you can get your mother’s biscuit recipe, put it on We Eatt, and mark it as protected (or private). Then, only your mother’s friends and family can view the recipe… But more importantly… you can view the recipe, and make those biscuits you remember as a kid.
We Eatt probably won’t get those recipes that your mother-in-law won’t give you, but we don’t promise miracles.
