Favorite Recipes: I like so many things! I love my Stepmom's stuffing recipe and I love Peanut Butter Blossoms. Both are simple and delicious.
What else? I don't consider myself a "foodie." I love good food and I like to cook. I am responsible for cooking for my family, which includes 3 small kids. So I am in the kitchen a lot for meals and snacks. I need recipes that are practical, meaning I can't spend 3 hours running around trying to find an obscure ingredient! I guess what I am trying to say is that I don't consider cooking a "chore" but it is not a "hobby" either. I need recipes that have ingredients I can easily find at the grocery store and don't have a lot of pre/cook time.
