This recipe is especially good with grilled or broiled seafood and steamed vegetables. Add a salad and garlic bread and you have a easy dinner in a hurry.
Directions:
1. Melt stick of butter in large skillet.
2. Stir in heavy cream until warm.
3. Add parsley, nutmeg and garlic. Then add beaten egg and parmesan cheese.
4. Stir with wire whisk until it thickens into a smooth creamy sauce.
5. Add cooked fettuccini noodles.
6. Stir in steamed vegetables and shrimp before serving.
