A marinade that kinda reminds me of El Pollo Loco, It isn't really a the actual reciepe, it just makes me think of El Pollo Loco.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend away.
Marinate chicken pieces 4 hours (but not much more if chicken pieces or it will become too soft.),
or if whole chick with skin on marinate overnight for most flavor.
Rotissere if at all possible on a BBQ Grill
Next best is just grill regularly on BBQ Grill, but stay nearby to avoid burning.
if grill isn’t possible, then cook in oven at 200C for 40 mins on broiler pan
