Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Don't judge this dish by the ingredients. It's really good once integrated.

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs of course!
  • .25 lb Ground Beef (pre-cooked)
  • Tablespoon of salt
  • 1 White Onion
  • 5 or 6 slices of Pepperjack Cheese
  • .25 lb Tofu
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 4 pork wontons (chopped)
  • 1 large tomato (chopped)
  • 1 cup pancake batter (pre-mixed)

How To...


Mix all ingredients (raw) in a large bowl. Add in salt/pepper to taste. Place in a large non-stick skillet. Cook on both sides for 6 minutes. Serves 4.
