It's yummy and it is good on a rainy cold day. It's yummolicious!!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of beef roast
  • 1 can of carrots
  • 1 can of green beans string or cut
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 potato's
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 TB of oregano
  • 1 TB of garlic salt
  • 1 TB of parsley
  • 1 TB of chopped onions seasoning
  • 1 TB of celery salt
  • 1 TB of onion powder
  • 1/2 TB of pepper
  • 1 cup water

How To...

You can either use a crock pot or a deep pan on the stove to make this.
Your first step is to cut the meat into 1/2 in pieces and put them first in the crock pot.
second – drain all cans of veggies but leave 1/3 of the juice for the stew. After that put the veggies on top of the meat in crock pot.
third – cut potato’s in 1/2 inch pieces and put them in the crock pot. uncooked.
fourth – add chicken stock and water. The chicken stock is the secret ingredient, it is what gives it the right flavor.
fifth- add all the seasoning to crock pot and stir.

This cooks in the crock pot in 2 hours but I leave it on high for 5 hours then eat so it really has a lot of flavor.
On the stove it takes about 30 minutes or less.

If you want to, I add some flour to thicken it up, I do not drain the liquid just keep adding flour until right thickness.
