Fabulous Corn Pudding
I asked my aunt for some of her favorite recipes so that they don't get forgotten over time and this is one of them!
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten w/ whisk or fork
- 2 cups cream corn
- 1 can low-fat pet milk (12 oz)
- 3 T sugar
- 3 T flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 2 T butter, melted
How To...
Mix dry ingredients together. Sift to remove lumps. With a whisk add to wet ingredients. Pour into greased 9×9 pan.
Bake 325 for 1 to 1 1/4 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Usually double for a dinner party of 8-10.
