easy marinade for chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 jalepeno - seeded
  • 5 cloves garlic - peeled
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 Tbs. dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs. hot sauce (rec. Texas Pete)
  • 1/2 C olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To...


place all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth.
