This soup is the perfect example of a recipe that gets better over time. When it was told to me, I was told, "It's almost a crime to eat this on the first day".

Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground chuck
  • 2 ea onions, chopped
  • Brown & drain off fat
  • 4 ea Progresso Minestrone Soup (19 oz. cans)
  • 4 ea Rotel Tomatoes (10 oz. cans)
  • 4 ea Ranch Style Beans (15 oz. cans)

How To...


Combine with meat & onions, and then simmer for one hour.

Best if cooked, refrigerated and then re-heated
