Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichokes - in water - diced
  • 1 box frozen spinach - thawed and drained well
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 T garlic salt or 1 clove fresh garlic - crushed
  • pepper

How To...


Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients and transfer to baking dish. Bake for about 25 minutes or until bubbles.
