Quick and Simple, yet delicious dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Hostess 100 Calorie Cinnamon Streusal mini muffins
  • 1 cup homemade vanilla ice cream (I use No sugar added Blue Bell for a low calorie option)

How To...


Heat muffins for 15 seconds in the microwave to soften.

Combine muffins in a bowl with icecream and stir.
