Very easy and very tasty
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes(I use the box of crumbs)mixed with 1/4 cup self rising flour or pancake mix
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
How To...
Dip chicken breasts in milk and roll in dry ingredients. Place in foil lined baking pan. Do not crowd. Sprinkle with melted butter or margarine and bake in 375* oven for 1 hour or til tender.
