Mama's recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or less, depending on taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup nuts

How To...


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 8×8 square pan

Cream the butter and sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients in order.

Spread in pan. Bake 30 minutes
