A delicious pumkin pound cake that is great to serve around the holidays.
Heat oven to 350.
In a large bowl add:
1 package Yellow cake mix. Make a hole in the middle and add:
1 whole egg,
1/2 cup oil
Mix slowly and well.
Add and mix thoroughly:
3 whole eggs,
1 cup pumpkin,
3/4 cup sugar,
1 tsp cinamon,
dash nutmeg,
1/2 cup milk.
Beat until flufy. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Bake at 350 for one hour.
