Great Party Dish

Ingredients

  • 3 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 med onion, grated
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 sm can chopped mushrooms
  • 1 roll garlic cheese
  • toasted almonds, chopped

How To...


Cook broccoli according to directions, squeeze out water. Brown grated onion in 1 stick of butter. Add can of mushroom soup, can of chopped mushrooms, then mix with broccoli. Melt garlic cheese til melted, add to broccoli. Sprinkle toasted almonds on top. Serve in chafing dish with small bread slices.
