Easy...spicy...good

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. large raw shrimp - peeled and deveined
  • 6 T butter
  • 4 cloves garlic - crushed
  • 4 T finely minced shallots
  • 1 t red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 t cayenne pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 t fresh dill - finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To...


Melt butter in large skillet over low heat. Add garlic and shallots and saute about 2 mins (careful not to brown). Add shrimp and cook about 3 mins. Add salt and pepper and toss well. Transfer to serving bowl; toss with lemon juice and dill. Serve warm.
