Tasty appetizer for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 16 oz frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 jar artichoke hearts (you will need to chop)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (you can use fat free)
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (you can use 2% cheese)
  • 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese (you can use fat free)
  • Splash of Worcheshire
  • Splash of Tabasco

How To...


•Saute onion and spinach. •In a mixing bowl combine spinach mixture and all other ingredients. •Spray w/ cooking spray a medium covered Pyrex dish and pour mixture into it. •Bake on 400 F for 30 minutes covered. Remove the cover and bake for 15 more minutes or until top of the dip starts to get golden.

  • You can freeze the leftovers and it tastes just as good the second time around.
