Good fall side dish
Preheat oven to 375 or 400 Cut squash in half - remove seeds. In center of each half, put spoonful of butter and same of brown sugar. Put in shallow baking (add a little water to bottom of pan). Start cooking squash with buttered side up, after about 10 mins. flip and put middle down. Cook about 1 hr.
