Something a little different
Preheat large saute pan to med/high. Combine ingredients above chicken. Toss with chicken. Saute chicken for about 6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Add peppers and onions while cooking. For sauce, heat broth, peanut butter, 2T brown sugar, vinegar, lime juice, 1 T soy, ginger, and chili sauce in pan over med heat - whisking to combine. Simmer for a few minutes. Pour sauce over pasta and toss. Top with chicken and vegetables, and peanuts, if desired.
