Ingredients

  • 3/4 c.sugar 3 tbsp flower 1/4 tsp nutmeg or cinamon dash of salt 5 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 2 tbsp butter 1 unbaked pie shell9 inches andtop crust for pie

Method


combine sugar, flour ,spice and salt. add to fresh peaches and mix lightly, pour this into unbaked pie shell and dot with ...butter. top pie with strips of crust crimp edges. bake in hot oven400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.or untill brown cream enjoy..

I didn't have potatoes so I substituted rice I didn't have paprika so I used another spice I didn't have tomato sauce so I used tomato paste A whole can-not a half can-I don't believe in waste. A friend gave me the recipe She said you couldn't beat it There must be something wrong with her I couldn't even eat it!
