Yummy Baked Chimichangas

Ingredients

  • 8 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 lb chicken cooked and shredded
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz cheese-whatever you like cheddar, jack, pepper jack, etc
  • small can green chilies
  • 1/2c onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. garlic

Method


Mix chicken, cheeses, chilies, onion, garlic to make the filling. Divide among the tortillas. Tuck in sides and roll up. Spray with cooking spray or brush with melted butter. Bake seam sides down @ 350 degrees till golden. Serve with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, guacamole and lettuce.
