Baked Spaghetti Pie

  • 1 lb thin spaghetti
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • chopped pepperoni (optional)
  • shredded mozzarella cheese


<p>brown ground beef with peppers, onions, and pepperoni, drain off the fat. add the sauce</p> <p>cook spaghetti, drain and rinse mix with eggs and parmesan cheese, and put in the bottom of a 13 X 9 pan top with the meat and sauce mix, then sprinkle the mozzarella on top bake at 350 for 30 minutes until lightly browned</p> <p>you can easily make a half batch and put it in a deep dish pie pan</p>

I didn't have potatoes so I substituted rice I didn't have paprika so I used another spice I didn't have tomato sauce so I used tomato paste A whole can-not a half can-I don't believe in waste. A friend gave me the recipe She said you couldn't beat it There must be something wrong with her I couldn't even eat it!
