Kicks ass in winter and easy to make in crock pot.
- 1 can low sodium beef broth.
- 1 can chicken broth.
- 2 to 3 cups hot water.
- 1.5 lbs baked ham cubed. (Leftovers from Christmas dinner works well)
- 2 cans great northern beans.
- 2 cans navy beans.
- 1 large onion coarsely chopped.
- 2 carrots chopped.
- Salt and pepper.
- 2 bay leaves.
<p>Put everything in crock pot, salt and pepper to taste and cook overnight on high.
Remove from heat the next morning and let cool then refrigerate.</p>
<p>Re-heat for dinner that night.</p>
