- Beef tips, carne asada, or skirt steak
- A shitload of mushrooms
- Egg noodles
- Sherry, Marsala, or Brandy
- Soy sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
- Olive oil
- Corn Starch
<p>Marinade the meat, mushrooms, and onions in the seasonings for a long time.
Boil water for the noodles
Cook the meat and mushrooms on very high heat, add wine if necessary
Pull the meat out and cut into bite size pieces while the mushrooms are still cooking
Throw the meat back in the pan.
Put more booze in there.
Remove from heat, toss in a tablespoon of butter (don't whisk).
Thicken with corn starch slurry.
Serve over noodles.
Eat a bunch. Save the rest for lunch tomorrow.</p>
