Bonet (Pudding of Piemonte)

This is a special pudding of my region


  • For 4 people:
  • - 250 dl Milk
  • - 3 Eggs
  • - 100 g roasted Hazelnuts
  • - 50 g Icing sugar
  • - 2 spoon of Sugar
  • - 50 g Bitter cocoa
  • - 25 g Amaretti
  • - Water
  • - Rhum


<p>Pour sugar and four tablespoons of water in a pot; You dissolve sugar over low heat and just take a golden color pay it in a mold for puddings, made first heat. Take in spinning the mold so that sugar could well cover the bottom and the sides and then let it cool. Beat the eggs with a whisk together the remaining sugar and milk, add the amaretti, cocoa, rum, hazelnuts, finely chopped previously and continue to mix. Pour the mixture into the mold and cook it in a water bath for one hour. After this time, let cool for three hours in the refrigerator mold.</p> <p>Excuse for my English, for question ask me.</p>
