  • 4 filet of Sea Bass
  • 12 Large Tiger Shrimp
  • 12 Manilla Clams
  • 12 Black Mussel
  • Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine
  • 4 Colves of Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Large Roma Tomatos

Method


<p>Each Fish/Filet gets its own packet.</p> <p>Each packet is made as follows: One piece of foil One piece of parchment paper Parsley 1/2 cup of white wine 4 cloves of garlic Olive oil 2 tomatoes.</p> <p>So if you are following the recipie then you will need 4 seperate pouches for the sea bass filets, one pouch for the shrimp, one for the mussels, one pouch for th clams. They coo in the oven for 10-12 minues at 475 degrees</p>
