Each Fish/Filet gets its own packet.
Each packet is made as follows:
One piece of foil
One piece of parchment paper
Parsley
1/2 cup of white wine
4 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
2 tomatoes.
So if you are following the recipie then you will need 4 seperate pouches for the sea bass filets, one pouch for the shrimp, one for the mussels, one pouch for th clams. They coo in the oven for 10-12 minues at 475 degrees
