This dish is among the best known Indian foods all over the world. Its gravy can be made as hot or mild as you like so it suits most palates. Butter Chicken tastes great with Kaali Daal (black lentils), naans and a green salad.
Ingredients
- Onion
- Butter Chicken power (SHAN)
- Chilly Powder
- Oil
- Salt
- Bell Pepper
- Chilly
- Pepper
- Whip Cream Milk
- Butter
- Tomato Puree
Method
- Cut Onion - 1 nos
- Cut the Chicken into small pieces (skinless boneless)
- Mix it with chilli powder, Butterchicken powder (Shan) - 1/2 pkt
- Some oil in frying pan and put the onion first and then the chicken after that.
- Mid fire and mix it nicely.
- Add small pieces of Bell Pepper to the pan - 1 nos
- Add 1 green chilli if you want to be spicy. - small pieces.
- Add a small piece of butter to the pan.
- Add two spoons of Tomato puree.
- Mix everything for a while.
