Quick and easy dip to make for parties....served with tortilla chips.

8 ounces of sour cream
8 ounces of cream cheese
1 small can of sliced black olives
1 can of Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chiles)
1 bag of Mexican Shredded Cheese Blend
1 packet of Ranch Dressing Mix
If you like a little heat, I like to add a can of chopped green chiles, jfresh chopped jalapeno, or hot sauce.

Mix all ingredients, saving a little shredded cheese to spread across the top. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

Sometimes I mix only sour cream, cream cheese, ranch packet and tomatoes and then use cheese and olives as layers on the top.
