Super easy and quick recipe. Often times this receiped is layered; i.e. tortillas, mixture, cheese, repeat...; however I find it tastes better if you mix the torn tortillas in w/ all of the other ingredients and top w/ cheese. Quick tip: stack the soft

Ingredients

  • Chicken (1 whole rotisserie, deboned & chopped into bite size pieces)
  • 1 can regular rotel
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (condensed)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery (condensed)
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 2T chopped onion
  • 6-10 flour tortillas cut or broken into pieces

Method


<ol> <li><p>Mix everything together</p></li> <li><p>Put in a casserole dish (13 X 9 size)</p></li> <li><p>Top with grated cheddar cheese (or any other variety of cheese that melts nicely)</p></li> <li><p>Bake in 350' oven until bubbly</p></li> </ol>
