Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Don't judge this dish by the ingredients. It's really good once integrated.
- 3 Eggs of course!
- .25 lb Ground Beef (pre-cooked)
- Tablespoon of salt
- 1 White Onion
- 5 or 6 slices of Pepperjack Cheese
- .25 lb Tofu
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 4 pork wontons (chopped)
- 1 large tomato (chopped)
- 1 cup pancake batter (pre-mixed)
<p>Mix all ingredients (raw) in a large bowl. Add in salt/pepper to taste. Place in a large non-stick skillet. Cook on both sides for 6 minutes. Serves 4.</p>
