Easy Taco Soup recipe that can be made super healthy
In a dutch oven or big heavy pan, brown the beef and onion. Drain the fat and add all the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos and top with grated cheddar cheese.
I have also tried this adding cilantro and fresh garlic.
To make even healthier, you can use ground turkey, no salt added tomato sauce, and low sodium taco seasoning.
