- Romaine Lettuce chopped 100gr
- Hardboiled egg – sliced 2 eggs
- Salami Milano – julienne 50gr
- Bacon grilled until crispy 2 slices
- Tomato diced 60gr
- Celery chopped 20gr
- Cucumber –diced 60gr
- Avocado ripe – diced ½ piece
- Chives chopped 1 table spoon
- Italian Dressing
- Garlic – chopped ½ soup spoon
- Shallot – julienne 1 table spoon
- Onion – julienne 1 table spoon
- Parsley – chopped 1 table spoon
- Worcestershire sauce ½ table spoon
- Dijon Mustard 1 table spoon
- White Wine Vinegar 1 soup spoon
- Olive Oil ½ coffee cup
- Sugar ½ table spoon
- Salt as need it
Method
<p>Procedure</p>
<p>Place all the ingredients in a blender with the Oil. Blend on med high and slowly incorporate the oil. Once you develop a light emulsion remove and season. Adjust the flavor and add the mayonnaise to finish. Then place all the chopped items in a glass bowl in layers. Top with the avocado, sliced egg and garnish with the Italian Dressing and salami over egg.</p>
