This is a super fast ,cheap and yummy dinner. i have to make a large batch because it goes so fast with my bunch.
Ingredients
- 3 packages of cornbread mix
- 1-2 pounds of hamburger
- 1 -1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- onion desired amount
- cheese desired amount
- salt/pepper optional
Method
brown your hamburger and onions . add spices if desired. mix cornbread in large bowl according to package instructions. add corn and cheese to it. mix hamburger to the uncooked cornbread mixture. spray pan with non stick spray. i use a 9x13 pan. bake as directed on cornbread package.
