huhs chocolate layered dessert

this is an awesome thing for those hot summer get togethers.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup butter softened
- 1 small vanilla instant pudding
- 1 small chocolate instant pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 16 oz. package of cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 large carton of cool whip
Method
1st layer
mix the flour, pecans and butter. place in a baking dish pressing down to make a crust. bake at 350 until golden brown about 20 minutes. making sure to cool completly.
2nd layer
mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip. place this mixture on top of the cooled crust.
3rd layer
mix both puddings and milk as directed on package.
4th layer
top with remaining cool whip and garnish with shaved chocolate.
place in frig. until ready to serve
