Quick and Simple, yet delicious dessert

1 Package of Hostess 100 Calorie Cinnamon Streusal mini muffins
1 cup homemade vanilla ice cream (I use No sugar added Blue Bell for a low calorie option)

Heat muffins for 15 seconds in the microwave to soften.

Combine muffins in a bowl with icecream and stir.
