A healthy apple crumble that you can better justify sneaking for breakfast.
Combine fruit with half of the maple syrup and the lemon juice. Mix the ground almonds, quinoa, oatmeal, salt and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add the olive oil and the rest of the maple syrup and mix. Crumble this mixture over the fruit mixture. Bake at 400oF for 30 minutes until brown.
