The easiest recipe I know!
Mix together chicken, rotel, soup and 2 cups cheese. Spoon 1/3 mixture into bottom of 9×13, layer corn tortillas on top, repeat ending with mixture on top. Layer rest of the cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
You can add as much rotel, soup, cheese or chicken as you'd like to get the type of consistency that you want, but this is a good start.
