Good make-ahead dinner.
Preheat oven to 400. Oil 13x9 baking dish. Brown meat with garlic and add spices while cooking. Add salsa and black beans. Simmer for a few minutes. Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese. Transfer a little of the meat sauce to pan. Top with tortillas, then cheese mixture, then meat. Repeat until ingredients are gone and top with remaining shredded cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes or until heated through. Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving. Top with tomatoes, etc.
