This is a low fat biscuit that can also double as naan bread depending on how you shape it. Made with yogurt you can even make a type of scone with different favor used... add blueberries or raisins.
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup plain yogurt (or flavors if you choose)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
<p>Preheat oven to 425.
Combine 1 cup flour, the yogurt and sugar, blend until smooth.
Combine remaining ingredients into bowl.
Flour surface, pat into 1" thick sheet (smaller if making naan), cut biscuits.
Bake 10 - 20 minutes, until golden.</p>
