A simple, fool-proof way of making oat bran as a delicious breakfast cereal.
1. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan
2. Add the wet ingredients, whisking lightly to prevent clumping
3. Turn on the heat under the pot, and bring it to a light boil
4. Take care not to let it boil over!
5. After it cooks for about 5 minutes, you can cover the pot and turn off the flame, letting it rest for about another 5-10 minutes
6. It’s done – a perfect breakfast cereal for two, every time!
