Parmesan Herb Potato Wedges

Easy side and healthier than typical fries.


  • 3 baking potatoes - cut into thin wedges
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 t dried Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese


<p>Preheat oven to 500. Place wedges on large cookie sheet. Drizzle with oil. Season with seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bake potatoes and turn after 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and bake another 10 minutes.</p> <p>If you're feeling like some extra calories, serve with your favorite ranch dressing.</p>
