Delicious praline candy made in minutes!!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 c pecans coarse chopped
  • 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c 2 T of dark brown sugar
  • 1t bourbon
  • 1t vanilla

Method


  1. In a sauce pan, heat butter, cream, and sugar to 240 F.
  2. Take off heat and let cool 15 -30 seconds.
  3. Stir in pecans, bourbon, and vanilla.
  4. Stir vigorously for 30-60 seconds until mixture starts to look creamy.
  5. Spoon onto parchment paper and let stand until hardens.
