This is a good sweet Bar-B-Q and not the kind that is real vinegarie.

Ingredients

  • 4 lb. pork sirlion
  • 1 lg. bottle ketchup
  • 1 lg. bottle Bar-B-Q sauce
  • 2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 4 T. apple cider vinegar
  • 4 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. water

Method


<p>Cook pork in slow cooker over night or 8 hrs, on low. Pull the pork apart, into small pieces. Mix the remaining ingredients together and mix into the shredded pork. Continue cooking on low for at least 2 hours. Put on hamburger buns and top with cole slaw or relish or nothing but the top bun. Enjoy.</p>
