This recipe is one my friend gave me. It's healthy and good!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts,
- 1cup yogurt,
- 5 Tbsp cilantro,
- 1 tomato,
- 1/2 cup cucumber,
- 1 cup lettuce
Method
<p>cut lettuce leaves into pieces small enough to eat</p>
<p>chop cilantro into very small pieces</p>
<p>Chop tomato into cubes</p>
<p>put all together, then add yogurt. You can sprinkle with cumin and cayenne pepper if you like.</p>
