I used to call this my Raw Vegan Oatmeal, but Dan made me stop, because it doesn't include any oats, and Dan despises misnomers. So behold, my RAW VEGAN BREAKFAST TREAT! :D haha
Grind the seeds (unless pre-ground, or they don't need grinding, like hemp seeds) Mash banana Combine seeds/nuts, banana and sweetener Add any other toppings you might like (Cinnamom and apple chunks perhaps? Dried cranberries and walnut pieces? the sky's the limit.)
