Carefully broil the peppers
Turn them often, and do not burn yourself.
Once they become slightly blackened take them out.
Put the peppers into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap.
Peel the peppers skins off the pepper.
Throw away excess water.
Cut pepers small.
cook them in a pan with olive oil/garlic
add all the tomato products
salt and pepper + 1 teaspoon of sugar
pinch cayenne pepper (if you like it spicy)
Cook on low for 2 hours+/-
