Make in a clear glass bowl to show of the beauty of this favorite of my family...

Ingredients

1 large box of strawberry jello ( I use strawberry-banana)
1 #2 can of crushed pineapple (not drained)
1 large carton of frozen strawberries
2 bananas (sliced)
1 cup of nuts (pecans, walnuts, etc)
1 cup of boiling water

Method

Mix jello and water. Stir until dissolved.. Add other ingredients. Pour half of the mixture into your mold or glass bowl and put in frig to gel. ( Cover remaining jello with wax paper and just let sit out on the counter)...After jello gels in the frig, spread 8 ounce of sour cream on top of the jello. Add the rest of the jello and place back in refrig to set up...
