Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- • 2 1/2 cups flour
- • 2 tsp bake powder
- • 1 tsp bake soda
- • 1 cup shortening
- • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- • 1 cup Splenda
- • 1 cup Splenda & 2 Tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup) [this is a Substitute for 1 cup packed brown sugar]
- • 2 eggs
- • 1/2 tsp salt
- • 1 tsp vanilla
- (if you want regular sugar cookies, replace splenda with sugar or brown sugar as appropriate)
Method
1. Melt Shortening
2. Beat peanut butter, sugars, shortening until creamy.
3. Mix dry ingredients.
4. Add eggs to creamed mixture and combine.
5. Add vanilla.
6. Shape into long roll and chill in frig.
Bake at 190 for about 12 minutes.
