One of my favorite recipes to make. It's really fast and easy.
Brown the ground beef, drain, and mix in the taco seasoning and a cup of water. Boil until almost all of the liquid is gone. In a greased 9x9 casserole, layer the tortillas with the meat starting with a tortilla at the bottom and then ending with a tortilla on the top. On the top tortilla spread about 4 tablespoons of the queso dip on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serves 4.
After you're done baking this casserole, you can customize it to your liking. We usually use: corn, salsa, the remaining queso dip, and the bean dip recipe that is on here as well.
